Vaccumming of Floors , carpets , rugs,
Furniture / laminated surfaces / Panelling /woodwork will be dry micro fibre dusted .
Light /Fan fittings /Air conditioners and all high accessible points will be addressed periodically

Stand Mopping

All tiled , mosaic and wooden floors will be stand mopped with special solvents to suit flooring type
Window glass cleaning /internal Sliding glass doors (as applicable) will be treated with special glass cleaners and stain free wipes. Grilles , wherever applicable will be cleaned.

Toilet Cleansing / Limescale removal

Balconies and Toilets will be vacuumed and stand mopped.
All toilet bowls, basins, bathtub, floor and fittings will be suitably cleaned .
Special limescale removal will be done for shower heads , taps & fittings , to the extent possible.

Any maintenance issues observed will be informed through scanned images
Liasoning with owner, facility office and vendors, will be done for repairworks , as deemed necessary
